Blow-In-Blanket System: Compliance & Standards

  • Conforms to the product requirements of CAN/ULC-S702 and ASTM C764 Type 1 (pneumatic application)
  • R values are determined in accordance with CAN/ULC-S702 and ASTM C687
  • Flame Spread < 0 in accordance with ULC S102.2 and ASTM E84
  • Smoke Developed < 5 in accordance with ULC S102.2 and ASTM E84
  • Passes the non-combustibility requirements of CAN4-S114 and ASTM E136 and is considered non-combustible by building codes
  • Passes the corrosiveness requirements of ASTM C764 and ASTM C665 (is non corrosive)
  • Passes the moisture absorbtion requirements of ASTM C1104 (does not absorb moisture)
  • When tested according to ASTM C1338 the insulation did not support mould growth
  • No formaldehyde binder added to the insulation
  • No chemical binding agents added
