Polyurethane Spray Foam
Our product is a medium density (2 pounds per cubic foot) closed cell SPF. When installed correctly, spray foam insulation will not shrink, sag, settle or biodegrade. By acting as an air and vapour barrier, medium density spray foam insulation provides an all-in-one complete wall system. In addition, polyurethane foam insulation products have a higher R-value per inch than batt insulation.
When you invest in spray foam insulation, you will reap long term rewards in saved energy dollars, increased control of indoor air quality and improved comfort, health and safety for the life of your home. Your heating and cooling equipment will work more efficiently, use less energy (gas, electricity, oil, etc.) and will maintain a more uniform and consistent temperature. This also increases energy efficiency by allowing for downsizing of heating and cooling systems.
Benefits of Spray Foam Insulation
Polyurethane spray foam has many benefits for homes, attics and more. From decreasing air leakage to increasing structural integrity, we highly recommend spray foam insulation. The benefits of SPF insulation include:
- High R-value (R30 in 2 x 6 wall)
- Ideal for new or retrofit construction
- Adheres directly to substrate
- Seamless, permanent coverage
- Increases structural integrity of framing
- Uses renewable resources
- Superior air barrier material
- Meets vapour barrier requirements
- CCMC tested and approved
- Zero Ozone Depleting Substances (Zero ODS)
- Exceeds building code requirements
- GREENGUARD Certification & L.E.E.D. credits
- Eliminates heat loss and saves money
Air & Vapour
Spray foam insulation will keep your home as airtight as possible. Our closed cell foam will drastically reduce air leakage and will keep water vapour from getting in and condensing. From sealing rim joists to the attic side of a partition top plate, polyurethane spray foam is the solution to insulation.
R-Value
The polyurethane spray foam we use is the highest rated insulating spray foam available. With an initial R-value per inch of 6.6, we can boast a higher long-term thermal resistance (LTTR) of R6 per inch. The LTTR is a requirement for R-value classification in Canada and is conducted by independent laboratories approved by the Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC).
Why Choose Us?
We have the experience and machines to safely install spray foam insulation. We know the ins and outs of this process, so the job will be done right the first time. Our polyurethane spray foam is always mixed properly because we adhere to time and temperature constraints that the foam requires. Since spray foam insulation gets in the air and sticks to hair and objects, we make sure that you and your home will be spotless when we leave.
